Refund policy

Thank you for considering Scrunch Cloth and our line of ADL Adaptive products.  Before purchasing, we encourage you to read this Return Policy.  All returned items are subject to the policy on this page.

Return Authorization (RA) Process

  1. If the item is in a new, resalable condition with no signs of wear or use, and the product label is in its original and intact state, you may submit a Return Authorization (RA) request within 20 calendar days of the shipping date.  If more than 20 calendar days have passed since the shipping date, a refund cannot be provided.  It is recommended that the customer retain a photo showing the condition of the item.
  2. Submit a request for Return Authorization (RA) at this link:  RA Submission.
  3. After the RA request is received and approved, we will send an email containing instructions with the return shipping address.  Return shipping is at the customer's expense; no shipping return label will be provided. 
  4. It is recommended to use a shipping service with a tracking number, as a refund will not be given on merchandise lost by the shipping service.
  5. Once the item is returned, inspected, and deemed resalable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price including sales tax, less any original shipping credit or other discount.
  6. If, upon inspection, the item is deemed not resalable, you will be notified via email.  At that point, you have 10 calendar days to notify us if you would like to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items

If an item is deemed defective, damaged, or missing, you may choose one of two options:

  • a replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge
  • or, a full refund of the original purchase price of the item in question will be issued to the original payment method
